Terms of Service
1. Agreement & Eligibility
These Terms govern your access to and use of the VoiceFrom Inc. website and Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. Minimum age. You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If your local law requires a higher age to use online services (for example, 16 in some EU countries), you must meet that higher age or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian and only if permitted by law.
2. Accounts & Security
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. When you do: provide accurate and complete information; keep your password secure and confidential; and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or allow others to use your account unless you are willing to be held accountable for their actions.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of unauthorized use. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else. If you close your account, we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal purposes. Do not: break the law; interfere with or disrupt the Service; probe or bypass security; reverse-engineer; send spam; or infringe others' rights. Do not use the Service for high-risk scenarios (e.g., medical, legal, life-critical) without qualified human review.
4. Your Content
You own the content you provide (audio, text, media). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service and deliver outputs to you and authorized recipients. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. AI Output & Accuracy (Important)
- The Service generates AI outputs (e.g., translations, captions, synthesized audio). Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining their suitability for your use case. Do not rely on outputs as the sole source of truth—especially in high-stakes contexts.
- No liability for translation errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceFrom Inc. and its affiliates will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on AI outputs—including where an output is absolutely incorrect or appears convincing but is wrong or deceptive.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, our software, and our trademarks remain the property of VoiceFrom Inc. and our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no license or ownership is transferred to you.
7. Fees & Payment (if applicable)
If you purchase paid features, you agree to the displayed prices and billing cycle. Fees are typically non-refundable and may be subject to tax. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or risks to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your discretion and risk.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free, accurate, or reliable outputs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceFrom Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any three-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in that period, or (b) USD 100.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless VoiceFrom Inc. and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in San Francisco County, California (or the federal courts serving that venue) have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. We encourage good-faith, informal resolution before filing any claim.
